This policy explains how Tutturuyo collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services.

Information we collect

• Account information, including your phone number and authentication records.
• Your email address and selected platform when you ask to be notified about the app’s release.
• Profile information and content you choose to publish, such as posts, picks, reactions, and profile details.
• Subscription and entitlement information. Payment details are processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat; Tutturuyo does not store full payment-card details.
• Device and technical information such as device identifiers, push token, language, country, app version, diagnostics, and usage events.
• Coupon, fixture, analysis, and tipster interactions needed to provide and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide app features, manage subscriptions, send a requested release notification, deliver product notifications, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, understand product performance, and comply with legal obligations.

When information is shared

We use service providers including Supabase for backend infrastructure, Expo for app services, RevenueCat for subscriptions, Apple and Google for distribution and purchases, advertising providers where enabled, and sports-data providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Public content and sharing

Public profiles, public posts, and share links may be visible outside the app. Subscriber-only picks remain protected; share previews must not reveal paid content. You should not publish information you do not want others to see.

Retention and your choices

Release-notification addresses are used for the requested platform announcement and can be removed on request. We retain other information while needed to operate the service and meet legal or security obligations. You can request deletion or exercise applicable privacy rights by contacting us. Some records may be retained where legally required.

Children

Tutturuyo is not intended for children or anyone below the legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction.
