By using Tutturuyo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Decision support—not wagering

Tutturuyo does not accept or place bets. Fixtures, analysis, probabilities, similar-match data, tipster opinions, and coupon tools are informational decision support. They are not financial advice, and no result or profit is guaranteed. You remain solely responsible for any betting decision and for complying with local law.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must be legally permitted to use betting-related information in your location and must meet the applicable minimum age. Do not use the service where prohibited. Use limits, never chase losses, and never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access secure. Do not impersonate others, manipulate performance records, abuse the service, scrape protected content, or attempt to bypass subscription controls.

Tipsters and user content

Tipster opinions are their own. Verification shows how eligible historical picks were recorded and evaluated; it does not predict future performance. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Tutturuyo the rights needed to host, display, distribute, moderate, and promote it in connection with the service.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by Apple or Google at purchase. Manage cancellation through the relevant store. Refund eligibility is determined by the store and applicable law. Losing access after cancellation does not erase previously recorded transaction or entitlement history.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may remove content or accounts that violate these terms. Sports data can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after publication.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutturuyo is provided “as is.” We are not liable for betting losses, decisions based on service content, third-party services, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
